After quitting drinking soda, milk chocolates and junk food. And of course with proper diet and 3 times a week exercises... I can finally see the result!!! 5 lbs. to go and I am back to my pre-preggo weight. I guess it pays to have discipline. It's very hard but it's worth it.
I am not skinny though but I feel great! I am so happy to finally fit in that dress again.
